Joyce I-Yin Hsu

Joyce is Chair of Asia at Cornell Capital. She has over 20 years of experience in private equity investing. Prior to joining the firm, Joyce was the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Mindray Medical International Limited, a portfolio company of the Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division. Joyce began her career at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division in the Corporate Finance Group in New York before joining Equity Capital Markets in Hong Kong and then the Merchant Banking Division in Hong Kong and New York. While at Goldman Sachs, she served on the boards of Focus Media, China Yurun Food Group and Mindray Medical.

She was recognized by Buyouts magazine in its annual Women in Private Equity feature.

Joyce is Chair of the Board of Lorom.
